Llalco’s Anti-fouling System has been fitted to 20,000 ships worldwide over the last 40 years, including container ships, ferries, cruise liners, tankers, FPSOs, tugs.
Llalco’s Anti-fouling and corrosion prevention system generates copper ions from the seachest itself, which are transported by the flow of water and kill the organisms, acting as a powerful biocide. At the same time it generates aluminium and iron ions that prevent the corrosion of steel and cupronickel pipes, respectively.
Llalco’s C-Shield System is the most technically advanced and versatile system on the market. Since it was introduced in 1991 it has been fitted to more than 21,000 ships worldwide.
Llalco has created a series of ICCP (Impressed Current Cathodic Protection) systems for all types of vessels. The C–Shield system combines the advanced design of the control panel with an unusually wide range of hull anodes. Wastewater treatment systems separate and neutralize organic contaminants in wastewater to comply with national and international legislation. Our offering includes biological and electrolytic wastewater treatment plants that refine black and gray water, as well as grease separators to separate grease from kitchen and galley wastewater.
Evac’s dry and wet waste systems manage mixed or recyclable waste in a way that is safe, environmentally friendly, and energy efficient, reducing the volume through compaction, shredding, and burning.

Hatecke’s Lifeboats and Davits are designed and manufactured entirely in Drochtersen, Germany. It is one of the world leaders, with a production of 540 Boats and 450 Davits in 2007. It is certified by all the national authorities and international classification societies.
Global Davit is Hatecke’s sister company, which manufactures a wide range of davits and cranes. Like Hatecke, the entire production is carried out in Germany, specifically in Bassum.

By utilising the “Smart Cell” Detector Array Technology, developed by Rivertrace, the OCM analyses all three oil types (HFO, Diesel and Emulsions) simultaneously without the need for re-calibration.
A manual cell cleaning device is included as standard to easily enable routine maintenance. Optical cell fouling is recognised as a leading cause of monitor malfunction or incorrect reading. By simple operation of the manual cleaning device, the “Smart Cell” remains in optimum operating condition.
Our experience in providing solutions for bilge water treatment has incorporated the latest technology to ensure that our Oily Water Separators comply with IMO regulation MEPC 107 (49), introduced in January 2005.
Our units are also approved by DNV GL’s 5ppm “Clean Design” Notation which can be supplied inclusive with our OWS units, thereby making vessels “future-proofed” regarding any proposed IMO regulatory changes in the future.
Boxcoolers are systems especially designed for the commercial shipping industry. They cool the primary circuit with raw water. These systems make settling tanks, valves and extra raw-water pumps redundant. Boxcoolers may be placed both athwartship and alongship. They are obviously very compact and suitable for riverwater and brackish water. With a coating they are also suitable for seawater. Standard delivery includes a welding edge, making drilling or tapping of holes unnecessary. The interior is demountable if the top equals the empty waterline.
Coolers may be delivered with quality certificates of different agencies (Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyds, Rina, DNV, etc.) upon request. Our Boxcoolers are available in many sizes.
