Marine biofouling prevention systems for seawater pipelines designed and manufactured by Llalco in compliance with the EU Biocides Regulation (528/2012).

The Llalco Antifouling System has been installed on 35,000 vessels over the last 50 years and is the most widely used antifouling system for sea intakes and cooling pipes worldwide for any type of vessel or offshore platform. It is based on the electrolytic principle and is therefore very reliable.

Without antifouling protection, the pipes become clogged with organisms that lead to partial or total blockages of the water flow and reduce the efficiency of the seawater cooling system, causing damage to the ship’s mechanics.

While modern hull paints provide some protection against corrosion, they do not offer a complete solution. For this reason, most operators choose to protect their vessels with a purpose-designed impressed current cathodic protection system.

Llalco’s cathodic protection hull corrosion protection (ICCP) systems reduce maintenance costs by preventing corrosion on vessel hulls and marine structures.

We offer the world’s leading Llalco ICCP technology, installed on more than 21,000 vessels, combined with a comprehensive understanding of corrosion problems and the most effective way to solve them.

Survival at sea should not be entrusted to luck. Llalco provides reliable solutions with German Hatecke technology to save lives in rescue situations, which have been tested even in the worst possible conditions: in raging seas, in arctic ice and in burning oil.

Blokland Non Ferro Boxcoolers are efficient cooling systems designed for installation on all types of vessels.

Boxcoolers cool the primary circuit using seawater. No additional water filters, valves and seawater pumps are required.

Boxcoolers can be mounted longitudinally or transversely at the nearest location.

Ballast water treatment system certified by IMO G8 BWM Code – MEPC.300 (72) 2018 and USCG, so that your ships can go anywhere in the world after the ratification of the IMO convention last September 8, 2017.

Energy efficient with filtration and UV technology, available for flow rates from 34 m3/h to 1,500 m3/h, designed and manufactured by Llalco in compliance with IMOG8 and US Cosworth regulations.

Llalco is one of the pioneers in Spain in providing solutions and consultancy for ballast water treatment systems since 2005 to shipping companies and shipyards.

Chemical-free, low-maintenance wastewater treatment plants. Victor Marine was formed in 2005 from the merger of two established brands in the marine industry, namely Victor Pyrate and Hodge Separators Ltd. The company has over 100 years of experience in supplying equipment to the marine industry.

Rivertrace monitors for analysis of oil content in water as an environmental requirement. Llalco can tailor the systems to your own individual requirements.

The range of Rivertrace monitoring applications with over 30 years of marking experience includes MEPC 107 (49), MEPC 108 (49), condensate cooling water, produced water and discharge water.

Bilge water treatment solutions with the latest technology in compliance with IMO MEPC 107 (49), introduced in January 2005.
